This page explains what IZ Homeo collects when you use izhomeo.com or book an online consultation, and how it is kept.

What we collect

When you book, we collect your name, mobile number, age, gender, district, your main complaint, your bKash number and transaction ID. During the consultation Dr. Ismail takes case notes about your health history.

How we use it

Your details are used to confirm your booking, run the consultation, prepare and deliver your medicines, and follow up on your treatment. We do not sell or share your information with anyone outside IZ Homeo, except the courier who needs your name, address and phone number to deliver.

Video calls

Consultations take place on WhatsApp video. We do not record calls. WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to the call itself.

How long we keep it

Case notes are kept as part of your medical record for as long as you remain a patient and for five years after your last consultation. Booking form entries are deleted within one year.
