By booking an online consultation with IZ Homeo you agree to the points below.

What the consultation is

The online consultation is a homeopathic consultation with Dr. Ismail Zakaria, Founder and Physician of IZ Homeo, over WhatsApp video. It is not an emergency service. For chest pain, breathing difficulty, heavy bleeding, a very high fever in a baby or any sudden severe illness, go to a hospital.

Your other medicines

Keep taking any medicine prescribed by another doctor. Do not stop or change it without that doctor's advice. Tell us everything you take.

Payment

The consultation fee is ৳300, paid by bKash before the consultation. Medicines are charged separately after the consultation, and the price is told to you before dispatch. Delivery charges are added to the parcel.

Follow-up consultations

Within 2 weeks of your consultation, a follow-up is free when it concerns the same treatment: showing a report, or any issue with the current prescription. After 2 weeks, a follow-up is charged at the consultation fee. A new illness or a different problem is a new consultation and is charged, even within the 2 weeks.
