How We Approach Children's Health
Children show their health through appetite, sleep, mood and play as much as through symptoms. During the consultation we ask the parent about the pregnancy, birth, milestones and the child's temperament, and we watch the child on camera where possible. The remedy is chosen for the child, not only for the cough or the rash.
Keep vaccinations on schedule and continue any medicine a paediatrician has prescribed. Have the child's weight, any recent reports and a list of medicines given in the last few months ready for the call.

- Appetite, thirst, favourite and refused foods
- Sleep: position, sweating, talking, waking, bed-wetting
- Temperament: shy or outgoing, fears, tantrums, how the child reacts when unwell
- Pregnancy, birth, milestones and vaccination history
- Antibiotics or other medicines taken in recent months
What to Expect
Acute colds, teething pain and tummy upsets often settle within a few days. Children who fall sick repeatedly usually need a few months of treatment, and parents tend to notice fewer episodes and quicker recovery over time. We tell you clearly what to watch for between follow-ups.
First consultation up to an hour, often shorter for recent complaints. Follow-up within 2 weeks for the same treatment is free.
A baby under 3 months with fever, a child who is very drowsy, breathing fast or with chest indrawing, not drinking or passing urine, or having a fit needs a hospital immediately. Online consultation is not for these situations.

Homeopathic medicines are given in small doses and are widely used for children. We choose the dose and form to suit the child's age, and we never ask you to stop medicine from a paediatrician.
How do you consult a child on video?
The parent describes the problem and answers most questions, and we see the child on camera for part of the call. For a baby, a parent holding the child near the phone is enough.
Do children still need vaccines?
Yes. Keep to the national vaccination schedule. Homeopathic treatment does not replace vaccination.
