In classical homeopathy we take the menstrual history in detail, but we also ask how you are as a person, because the remedy is chosen on that whole picture.
Bring any ultrasound, hormone or thyroid reports to the call. If you take contraceptive pills, thyroid medicine or anything else prescribed by a gynaecologist, keep taking it and tell us. A female family member is welcome to sit with you on the video call.

What to Expect
Period pain and premenstrual symptoms are often easier within one or two cycles. Irregular cycles and PCOS take several months, because the body needs time to settle into a rhythm. We review at each follow-up and adjust the remedy as your cycle changes.
First consultation up to an hour, often shorter for recent complaints. Follow-up within 2 weeks for the same treatment is free.
Very heavy bleeding with dizziness, bleeding or severe pain during pregnancy, bleeding after menopause, or a new breast lump need an in-person gynaecologist or a hospital first.
